FTII :- Films & Television Institute of India
The Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) is a self-governing foundation under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting of the Government of India and supported by the Central Government of India. It is arranged on the premises of the recent Prabhat Film Company in Pune. Since its initiation in 1960, FTII has turned into India’s chief movie and TV foundation, with its graduated class getting to be specialists, on-screen characters and executives in the film and media business. Anupam Kher is the current Chairman of this foundation.
FTII is an individual from the International Liaison Center of Schools of Cinema and Television (CILECT), an association of the world’s driving schools of film and television.
The Center will set up another Institute in Arunachal Pradesh as a feature of an activity to tap the capability of the North Eastern district, Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Development of North Eastern Region, Dr. Jitendra Singh has educated.
