USAID full form

USAID:- United States Agency for International Development

The abbreviation of USAID is United States Agency for International Development. It is an independent agency or organization of the United States federal government which is primarily held responsible for administering the civilian foreign aid as well as development assistance. As the budget of United States Agency for International Development is around $27 billion which makes it is one of the largest official aid agencies in all over the world, and it also considered to account for more than half of all U.S. foreign assistance. When counted in terms of dollars, it has become the highest in the world.

USAID was set up by the executive order of President John F. Kennedy, who is responsible for sorting to unite the several existing foreign assistance organizations and various programs under one agency. USAID had become the first U.S. foreign assistance organization which had a main focus on the long-term socioeconomic development.
