ISSP:- INDIAN SATELLITE SCIENTIFIC PROJECT
The ISRO Satellite Center (ISAC) is the main focal point of ISRO for plan, advancement, creation, and testing of all Indian made satellites. It was built up in the time of 1972 as Indian Scientific Satellite Project (ISSP) in Peenya Industrial Estates of Bengaluru. SAC has been renamed as U. R. Rao Satellite Center (URSC) after the previous ISRO Chairman and ISAC establishing Director Dr. Udupi Ramachandra Rao with impact from second April 2018.
Arranged in Vimanapura Post of Bangalore, Karnataka, the inside has as of late created and propelled its 100th satellite including the INSAT arrangement, the IRS arrangement, and additionally the GSAT correspondence satellites.
