The full form of PM stands for stands for Prime Minister. A Prime Minister is the head of a cabinet and the leader of the ministers in the executive branch of government, often in a parliamentary semi-presidential system. In most of the systems, the Prime Minister posses the power to select or dismiss other members of the cabinet, and assign all post to the members within the government. In many constitutional structures, the Prime Minister is the chairman and presiding member of the cabinet. In some of the systems, notably in partial-presidential systems of government, a Prime Minister is the person who is in charge to manage the civil service and execute the directives of the head of state. The Prime Minister in many places can create new laws to bring a difference in the country or worst of them all could misuse their power of being the Prime Minister and create discriminations and conflicts. That’s why there are some rules to avoid such horrible situations. And also that’s why the people also has power.
