All the organizations constantly analyze the tasks to be performed and set the eligibility for the specific tasks according to the required skill set. Depending on the analysis of the requirements and if the requirement meets the eligible skill set, vacant job positions are identified. Now that the vacant job positions are identified, job titles like Team Leader, Sales Manager or Marketing Manager are decided upon next.
Prepare the Job Descriptions:
The next step in the recruitment process is to define the job descriptions. It tells about the roles and responsibilities that come with a job and specifies other details such as the designation, salary, bonus and incentives, holidays and leave policy and other benefits.

Screening the Candidates
Once the job openings are posted, interested candidates starts sending their applications in. At this step, the organization starts screening based on the job specifications, required skill set, qualification and experience needed for the job. Then eligible candidates are shortlisted and later called for the written and face to face interviews.
