Real actor injuries that appeared in the final cut

Leonardo DiCaprio (Django Unchained) – Smashed a glass with his hand, cutting it badly, but stayed in character, and the bloody scene was used. – 

Viggo Mortensen (The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers) – Kicked a helmet and broke his toes, using the pain to deliver a powerful scream that made it into the movie. – 

Channing Tatum (Foxcatcher) – Slammed his head into a mirror, shattering it and cutting his head, but continued the scene. – 

Tom Cruise (Mission: Impossible – Fallout) – Broke his ankle while jumping between buildings; the shot of him limping away was included. – 

Sylvester Stallone (Rocky IV) – Took a real punch from Dolph Lundgren that caused his heart to swell, landing him in intensive care. The punch is in the film. – 

Harrison Ford (Raiders of the Lost Ark) – Had his leg run over by a moving airplane during a fight scene but kept going. –
