Timothy Hutton - The star was just 20 when he won the Best Supporting Actor prize in 1980 for his role in 'Ordinary People.'

Anna Paquin - At just 11 years old, Anna Paquin (right) won Best Supporting Actress for 'The Piano.' She went on to star in 'True Blood' and 'X-Men.'

Alan Arkin - Arkin was a treat as a the foul-mouthed grandfather in 'Little Miss Sunshine.' He won the Best Supporting Actor Oscar at age 72.

Clint Eastwood - With a career spanning seven decades, Eastwood is an established star in Hollywood. At 74, he won the Best Director and Best Picture Oscars for 'Million Dollar Baby.'

Don Ameche - This actor stood out in the comedy sci-fi film, 'Cocoon.' He was 77 when he won Best Supporting Actor.

Melvyn Douglas - At age 79, Melvyn Douglas took home the Best Supporting Actor prize, for his performance in 'Being There.'

Christopher Plummer - In 2012, Christopher Plummer was awarded for his performance in 'Beginners.' The star was 82 years old.
